Customer Reviews
Consistent quality, reliable
This is my third time ordering from Petit Jour, and they're always reliable. I picked up another bavoir à manches and a trousse scolaire this time. Just like my previous orders, the items were exactly as pictured and the quality is consistent. They hold up well in the wash and my kids actually like using them. No surprises, which is exactly what I want from an online store. It's why I keep coming back.
Great value on first order
I was looking for some new tableware for my son and stumbled upon Petit Jour. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% off code for my first order, which was a nice surprise. I ended up getting a bol avec ventouse and a verre d'apprentissage. The total came out to be a really good deal, especially with the discount. The quality feels solid, and it seems like it will hold up well to a toddler's abuse. I felt like I definitely got my money's worth, and it was worth trying out this brand for the savings.
Good quality, slow shipping
I ordered a set of enfants couverts and an assiette en mélamine for my toddler. The quality seems really good; it's sturdy and the design is lovely. My main gripe was the delivery time; it took a full 9 days to arrive, which felt a bit long, especially for a standard order. The packaging was secure, and everything came intact. Overall, I'm happy with the products, but they could definitely speed up their shipping a little.
Items as described
Got a plateau repas. It was exactly as described. Shipping was okay. Good product, no issues.
Cute lunch box, good delivery
I got one of those lunch boxes, the boîte à goûter, for my niece. It had a super cute character on it. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me in Denver, which was totally fine. She loved it when she opened it, so mission accomplished! No issues with the order at all, it was a smooth experience.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
Hey, wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for orders to arrive in, say, New York? Trying to figure out if I can get some stuff for a birthday next month.
Is their tableware pretty durable? My kid is a terror and we've broken so many plates already. Don't wanna spend a lot if it's just gonna shatter.
